I was wondering if there is any news on Oni ever coming to GOG. I used to love this game.

GOG don't give us any information about coming games until it's on the front page. I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Oni is a great game. Its too bat the PS2 port gave it such a bad reputation. Oni's gameplay just doesn't work well with a gamepad. Im not just saying that because the PC has the more accurate controls either. Im a console gamer who likes gamepads just fine.

Oni is an interesting game. The difficulty curve is uneven and the level design can be pretty bland, but the combination of hand-to-hand combat and fast gunplay is actually really cool.

There's one boss battle near the beginning where you start opposite the enemy boss with a pistol and full clip. My immediate reaction was to charge the guy, unloading my gun into the dude's armour before throwing it to one side and jump kicking him in the face. This is Matrix-esque action movie stuff, but you pull it off in this game. It's pretty awesome.

If it came out on GOG, I'd probably get it.

Actually, GOG does sometimes have games listed as "coming soon." The 11th Hour is currently listed as such... presumably to be released at the 11th hour.
