It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Shmutt: "Hi GoG. I would like to give some feedback regarding the usability of the website with regards to the tech support page (<insert link here>)..
1) At the "tech support query" page, there is no "Next" button or any other way to send the message once I have composed it. I would like to suggest putting a "Send" button there so as to make it easier for users to send their messages to tech support.
2) The ability to submit a DXDiag report to support would also be a very welcome feature on the support page.
I feel that with these 2 additions, GoG can provide better support for their customers, providing better usability and reliability at the same time. Without these, I feel hampered when I tried to submit a query to tech support."

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback kind sir. I'm sure that our web devs will find your suggestions most interesting. We're still in beta but when GOG.com reaches it's 3.54535 C version these might get onto our drawing board.

Cambrey: Microwaving a tenderloin ? Heretic !

Nah I just need the good polypeptides from the steak. I love a good, well prepared steak every now and then, but sometimes, due to time constraints, just a plain simple one would do

Hi Mark!
Actually, you should thank the original poster. It's basically the gist of what he wants. All I did was paraphrased it.

I think he was playing along. :)

Especially in view of the fact that both "suggestions" have been in place since GOG was launched to the public.
This thread should have ended when we found out what his 'browser' of choice is.

Fixed.

Maybe you guys should put a little less energy into alienating this guy, and a little more energy into "bringing him into the fold" of happy GOG members. Just a suggestion. And no, I don't like his style any more than you do, but perhaps there are more constructive ways of letting him know that?

did you miss first page? they tried!
guy doesn't want to listen. what else they can do?
Also, the OP was plain wrong. GOG has one of the BEST websites ever!
Even when stuff goes wrong the site is awesome:

So the guy ranted, yelled, shouted (via caps on teh interweb), and now has disappeared forever when he has finally received help?
Typcal.
We should stop posting in this thread. To see "One of the WORST websites EVER" in the 1st page is getting annoying... :p
