It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The prequel trilogy was coarse and irritating
Not sure what the source of your issue is, as I've personally found the GOG website very functional and easy to navigate. If you're just getting lost in the links available, then the following might help: Go to Support, then click on on Contact Us (large button near the top of the page), then select the issue you need help with which will take you to the appropriate form. All the fields from there should be pretty self-explanatory. If the proper buttons aren't appearing or aren't working properly then it's probably an issue between your browser and GOG, in which case please let us know what browser and version you're using so that we can offer further suggestions.
Edit/PS: The error you mentioned with a screenshot file being too big is probably because you saved the screenshot as a bitmap (MS paint likes to default to this), which tends to be pretty massive. Save it as a jpeg then you should be able to upload it to show us what's going on.

bearcat33: But, naturally, the problem has to be my computer, or me....not a shitty website.

no one here is making assumptions: they have deduced using logic that, because other people on other computers aren't having this problem, the issue is probably with your computer
people would be much happier to help, and this would never have turned into an argument, if your post was less inflammatory. just take a deep breath next time before you write, even though you are dealing with a frustrating problem, and compose a more level message to the community.
otherwise it seems like you are just looking for a place to vent, and you don't actually care for an answer.

Considering that this site works for the majority, and the fact that you're the only one to post this problem... Then yes, it's safe to say the problem is on your end.

Been there, done that, does NOT work.

Browser is Internet Explorer 6.0

Posted as a JPG
Tech support request page does NOT allow uploading of DXdiag. Screen Shot attached.

I just entered a support issue a minute ago and had no problems. I think you might want to try a better browser. I like Opera. With MS pushing people to DL and use IE 8 I'm surprised you don't have more issues using an ancient browser. Good luck.

To the patronizing morons: if you don't like how I express the problem, what makes you think that I care about your opinion? Do you seriously expect to persuade me by insulting me? Yeah, you're real geniuses. Save your "helpful advice" and go back to your sandbox, or outhouse, or wherever it is you usually play.
And NO, you are NOT using logic: you're ASSUMING that there are not hundreds of persons with a similar problem who simply concluded that the site doesn't work well, that it's yet another ripoff operation, and they simply gave up rather than wade into the cesspool, and express justifiable frustration.
Okay, that's a reasonable proposition, thank you for the suggestion. Although every other website on the planet is working flawlessly with my browser (many of them gaming forums) it's obvious that the problem has to be IE 6.

If you're calling me a moron, and you have the gall to say I'm insulting you and that's stupid and I should go back to my sandbox, you have some serious problems. I would suggest you to just stop, take a deep breath, and never come back to the forums if you wish to act like a six year old on crack and to not explain things rationally instead of making such negative statements without anything to back it up other than your word.
Do you seriously expect to persuade me by insulting me?

Calm down. Acting smug and rude will not get you anywhere, and it'll just make it harder to the people here to help you. I say this because this community is one of the friendliest and most helpful, so if you expect any help, you should calm the heck down. You're not going to get any help either by insulting GOG and the rest of its members, like calling people here "patronizing morons". Now I know it feels like you're being ripped off, and you have reason to be angry because it does not work upon payment, but let's help you with your problem instead of starting flame wars here
First, with what game are you encountering the problem? Secondly, what exactly is your problem? And you made sure that Javascript is enabled, but did you try clearing your cache and cookies?
-edit- Never mind I saw your other thread and realised you're talking about Earth 2150
I don't know if it works on IE6, but it should. Anyway if it doesn't, try other free (and better) alternatives like Firefox, since they offer better security than IE6. Or, if you don't want to go to all that trouble, you can always email GOG here:
users@gog.com
Although I don't know who'll be checking that email, but I'm sure you'll get a reply from the good Polish folk
Also, when it crashes, click on More Details. What's the app that causes it to crash? Also you can post your dxdiag.txt here so we can look through it for you. My guess, though, is that it's crashing because of a bad driver. Does it crash at a specific point in game, or randomly?

why are you using ie6? that's disgusting.
did you hit the "browse" button after obtaining your dxdiag report?
also, have you tried just hitting the "contact us link" at the top of the page instead of selecting a game? that works a lot easier.
otherwise, I'd say you're a gigantic flaming douche bag who doesn't know the difference between a router and a modem.
