It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

GOG is one of the most user-unfriendly and unreliable websites EVER.
The page to send a Tech Support query has NO "next" button or any other way to
send the message once composed!
It also does NOT allow a user to upload a DX diag report! Insane. This STINKS.

Um, last time I checked they worked just fine, your broad accusations may have just bought you a one way trip to fail town.
Listen man, instead of pointing the blame at everyone else, make sure your plate is clean first.

Make sure my plate is clean first? What, exactly, do you think I have failed to do correctly, besides pay my money, follow the installation instructions, and then discover that I've been ripped off?
WAT.
If it's a game problem, then go to this link. Select your game, what kind of problem, and the description, upload a picture if necessary, then upload DxDiag close to the bottom, and finally click the green "Send" button.
The only way to get to that place though, is to go to game support, click on the "# support articles" link next to the game you're having problems with, then on the next page select "I can't find solution for my problem", which will take you to the same place.

Yeah, I'm confused. Tomorrow is June 1st, which isn't very close to April Fool's Day, and although I've never had to ask for technical support, that's got to be one of the best looking pages I've ever seen in the way of intuitive help. A very (VERY) weird/dry compliment is the only way I know how to interpret the OP.
Are you serious? I sent off a support email to get a Far Cry multiplayer key on Thursday, and I sent a followup on Friday, and I got it in a few years. What in the hell are you talking about?

Make sure you aren't experiencing any browser related issues mang. GOG support is just fine.
Will let you know though, last time I knew they didn't work on weekends, so you may have to wait until Monday.
But again, clear your cache, cookies, make sure javascript is enabled and working properly.

Where did you go to school?
That's a GENERALIZATION, not an ABSOLUTE.
Calling someone a complete MORON would be an absolute.
Which, of course, you are not, OBVIOUSLY.
You come on to the *community* forums acting like a dick and expect anyone to give a fuck?
How about you chill out, take a deep breath and try again. If you want some helpful responses try being a bit more polite. Alternatively, by all means continue the way you have been and I expect you'll not get very far.
It's your call, fortunately I don't give a flying monkey testicle what you do.

I had already done all that previous to posting, which should have been obvious from my posts. There is NOTHING that enables proceeding from the page in which you type the issue you have a Tech query about. Hitting "Enter" does nothing. And, as I've stated, that page will NOT allow uploading of a DXdiag file. When I used the alternative and entered in the information manually, nothing changed. The page stays locked, no way to proceed.
There is mention of including screenshots.....and NOWHERE to enable this.
Someone posted a suggestion that I make certain that Javascript is enabled, and that the browser cache and cookies have been cleaned. I did check that, but it sounds like this site has issues with such things. Certainly there is evidence of it on my screen.....buttons that should be there are not.
For example, if I go to the "Site Map" page (where logic suggests links to everywhere else would be, all that's there are paragraphs of descriptions....no buttons/links.
I just now tried to upload a screen shot to show this, and got an error message that the file is too big.
But, naturally, the problem has to be my computer, or me....not a shitty website.

An atrocious piece of dialogue, since it's an absolute itself
The whole movie was atrocious, lets forget the entire prequel trilogy ever existed.

John Williams did a great job as usual though.

Even Clone Wars was better.
I hereby hijack this thread to be a rant on why the prequel trilogy sucks so as to shy away from the stupid post that started it all. To bearcat33, please don't act like a dick here. At least be rational when making negative statements.
