I took Splinter Cell Double Agent and I'm still trying to download it. I had to retry a few times because it always ended with errors (already downloaded a few gigs) but now there is error 502 with their server.

Anyways, it seems to be EFIGS (English, French, Italian, German and Spanish). It is not the UPlay DRM, my guess it that it is DRM free.

Finaly finished downloading and it totally blows me. How can people come with such stupid download/installation processes ? The confirmation mail allows me to download a small executable which downloads 8GB of files in which there is an executable. Then, I can run that executable file to extract Splinter Cell in a directory. Once everything extracted, I have finally access to Splinter Cell: Double Agent... the original installer.

A word of note. Rayman 3 seems to ask for the CD key for activation. Not sure how many times it will activate for you or if Ubi is just checking to see if the CD key is valid.

Now I know what its like to be region locked ;-(

bah the settlers did not even require a cdkey and its a terrible game , anyone whos played settlers 2 ,3 ,4 will be shocked by how the 5th game is .....

I decided to get the Rainbow Six: Lockdown game from the promo. No idea when I get around to play it.

Well it was not quite easy to find. Opening the account page was displaying a summary of the account with no mention of the newsletter. Clicking the button to edit those informations allows to modify the sumarry as well as unsubscribe to newsletters.
