The instructions are fairly easy to follow even if you don't know the language.

Click on one of the 10 titles.
Click the "Gratis downloaden" button on the right.
Enter email address and 2x password, click "Anmelden" (register).
You will receive an email with a confirmation link shortly. Click on "Meine E-Mail Adresse bestätigen".
You don't need to enter any more personal information on the opened page. Just click "Speichern" (save) with an empty form or leave it be.
You should have received an email with a link to your free "order" by now.

You should be able to view your library by clicking "Mein Konto" on the top right and then download your free game! Only one per account, but there's nothing stopping you from making multiple accounts. Finally created an account and grabbed HOMMV Gold

I went through the procedure and everything was fine up to "You should have received an email with a link to your free "order" by now. " after I clicked "speichern" I didn't receive an email with a link to free order. Whats wrong is there a delay in this email?

On CheapAssGamer forums a couple of people have said Rayman 3 does have English language as an option despite what the page says.
Haven't heard the same for Anno though unfortunately.

Try clicking MEIN KONTO (after logging in) up the top by the LOGIN link. It should take you to your account page I think and the free game should be there if it went through.

after clicking on that it takes me to dashboard with my info where am I suppose to see the game? click around didn't see anything.

Should be above your info, with the box cover art in 1 of those empty grey boxes. After I clicked the email activation link and then filled in some details (e.g. Nickname) and clicked speichern (save), it took me to that account page immediately.
