I remember having bought this game pretty cheap along with nfs back in the day , it was pretty fun nfs was cars and recoil was a tank game with nice music.
I recall it being a Electronic Arts game , any idea of its fate ? any chance of it coming on gog.

What i liked about recoil was it was not a serious tank simulator like the other games back then it was pretty straightforward and fun but the reviewers kinda hated it but the game had a good fan base.
I wonder if anyone else here as played this game ?

You forgot add the closing parenthesis to the link.

As for the game, it indeed seems to have been published by EA.

Didn't even know this game existed, and I thought I was the ultimate Westwood fanboy :(

Yeah it was published by EA / Westwood so there's no obvious obstacles to GOG getting it, if they get another batch of EA games at some point
I'd advise you to upvote it on the wishlist
http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/recoil
so that there's some demand there for them to take notice of...
I'll give it a +1 for you!
