lol...funny my german friend knows like none but understands me fine. and most of the time i dont type that bad but it pisses me off when i do fix stuff people still freaking nazi about the post...uhm when who cares now. like this guy right here...i get enough of this shit i have a hard time with this ok ..but everyone just always bullys me about everything....i try my best, and i cant hit caps right now or anything which doesnt help

When something is unknown to you, you research more thoroughly or wait until it becomes known to the retailer. Now, if something was stated on the box in big, bright letters to the effect "GET THE ORIGINAL ALICE WITH A CODE TO ENTER AT BLAHBLAH.COM" and there was nothing, then you might have a case of false advertising.
I was born in Poland but then moved to the States as a young child so, technically speaking, English isn't my first language either.

I believe that one falls under bait and switch.
