adambiser: That's because the forum tacks on a number at the end when two topics of the same name are made.

Simbabluenobi's topic is an empty string... when I made mine, an empty string topic exists, so it became "1", so you got a link that actually works.
When I first saw your post ... Topic had a 2

ah one has to navigate to it rather than click the forum icon ... which for me at least is still broken for his thread

Well, at least, I guess I didn't Break anything ... Just (by accident) shown that something was broken.

As for being a monster ... :{
sorta feel like one though ... after that post I went to get a coffee and saw the black rat that has been running around the house at night (live in the country on a mountain) and it ran under my record rack. My Big part wolf dog came out there to see what was going on and as I moved some of the records ... The rat ran out and my dog grabbed it and shook it and when she dropped it the rat screeched and ran back under the record rack. I moved the rest of the records and there it was ... Dead ... Had a heart attack.

Didn't mean for it to die ... Just wanted it out of the house .... :(

If you post a new topic, don't enter ANYTHING, then click "Post my message".

The fields highlight like it's going to tell you to fill them in, but it closes the form and still posts the topic (without a subject).
Marked as SOLVED as you pointed out the bug ...
Someone in another thread said there is a Blank Topic post that is unclickable in the TEX MURPHY forum and that was from four days ago ... so, guess this bug has been around for awhile.

well .... sort of solved anyways
looking like more and more people playing with it now though ....
