Fifeldor: I have 10.97 euros available for today and it's time to spend them and forget Steam until the X-mas sales.

I am already planning to get DEFCON for my laptop today, which costs 4.99, so can anyone recommend a good game/games for 5.98 and less?
Eschalon Book 1 or 2 for your laptop if you are into ultima style rpgs.
Gosh, 15€ to spend, and no idea what to get...Magicka maybe?

Life is full of difficult choices :)

Magicka's pretty fun with a friend or two, but I don't know if it's what I would get with that money. What genre/sub-genre of game do you usually go for?
I managed through mischievous schemes and through diabolical plans...okay I traded some of my TF2 promo items for money...HAPPY?!

But anyway I have 13,5 euro to spend - here is a list of games I am deciding between (please help me pick)

Borderlands: Game of the Year (I own Retail copy of Borderlands with all DLC, except Claptrap Revolution, since I probably lost the CD...cant find it anywhere... I am tempted to buy it on steam, so I will have digital copy)

Two Worlds II

Fallout: New Vegas DLC (Both of them)

Paradox Fantasy Pack

Sword of the Stars: Complete Collection

Gratuitous Space Battles - Complete Pack

All Magicka DLC (I own the base game, but no DLCs)

Battlefield 2 Pack (same as with Borderlands, I own base game retail, but with no DLC whatsoever and it would be nice to have steam copy)

Sanctum

Stubbs™ the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse™

eversion

Penny Arcade Adventures: Precipice of Darkness Combo Pack

Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale

Puzzle Agent 2

The Oddboxx

Jamestown

Solar 2

Eschalon 1+2

1701 A.D.: Gold Edition

Post Apocalyptic Mayhem
I'd say the Fantasy PAck would give you the most for your money.

I'm looking to buy Spectromancer Pack, Uplink, maybe Audiosurf but now it's more expensive, and a GTA game.

Some help please: I want to steal/drive cars in a Grand theft Auto game; which one would be best for that? GTA IV, Vice City, or San Andres? PLEASE HELP! :(

YAY I can be useful : GTA IV, because its this way : GTA IV offers best realism and graphics, San Andreas offers best customization, and Vice City offers best gameplay :)

San Andreas is freaking huge and is worth every cent you'll spend.

Vice City is awesome and it will be even more awesome if you are at least 30 years old.

III is great, I still play and enjoy it, but it can't hide its age.

Whichever you get is a nice pick, but if you want only one and to get the most out of it, go for SA, it's newer, bigger and definitely more epic.
I think I'm going to go for San Andres, a bit more than GTA IV, but I hear custimization is better, which is what I'm wanting for the car parts. Thanks guys. Unless someone begs me to get myself GTA IV for some reason, I'll get San Andres. :)

I have one reason you should get GTA IV as well...beautiful multiplayer
GTA IV is far superior to San Andreas, but you should make up your own mind depending on what you want.
You're kiling me with indecision.

Another vote for GTA IV; the best in the series by far!

If your computer is good enough, I would go for GTA IV, it has many little improvements over the other two and the main character is much more interesting. If not, I think Vice City is better than San Andreas, it is more focused and has better music. Car customization is overrated because you won't keep your cars long enough to enjoy it...

Anything but a flying simulator :)
