Wait there. I just had a look and it seems Paypal has some stupid 7.4% + 0.30 U$ rates.

That would mean each would have to send me 2,23 through paypal. Doesn't seem really worth it. Do the same rates apply for everyone?

Nah they won't go any cheaper. Traditionally on Steam, the last day of the sale has the best selling games from the previous days, at the same discount at which they were in those days, as a second chance for those who didn't grab them.

They might not do that this time, but there's no reason to believe so, so they most likely will do the encore :P

If using Personal -> Gift the fees are almost negligeable. But there are some countries that either can't use it at all, or can't *be* gifted. Not sure if you are one of those.

Well, I don't see anything about personal payments, not even to send payments, so I guess I'm out of luck here.

South America doesn't have Gift / Personal options. I think they did that to cut down on money laundering or some stuff.

NWN2 Platinum (which means it lacks only Mysteries of Westgate) at that price is a bargain that whoever likes RPGs must honor, it can't get cheaper than that. The Hitmans have also great prices (especially the amazing Blood Money), Dead Space 2 is kickass, and stay away from DNF. :-P
