I'm eyeing Tropico 3 Gold, but I'm not sure Absolute Power is for me. I only play random map sandboxes in Tropico 3, and don't like leading my people in a tyrannical way and always opt to create a Carribbean democracy. I've read that Absolute Power's strongest feature are the new missions, and a number of the new gameplay elements seem to only appeal to dictatoric leaders - however, there might be new additions I don't know of which might make it worth the current, lowered price (such as the smaller size of the garage which I recall reading about).
If anyone has the expansion, would you recommend that I buy it?

Can anyone thats played blizzards rts custom tower defense maps and defense grid say if its worth buying defense grid even with it being so little at the moment? I'm considering it but only if its a really, really good game otherwise I have access to 1000's of tower defense maps.

Yeah, that is always the case with Steam. I think that is why there are so many that do out of region purchases for others.

Just kidding.. so I am still waiting for something interesting I want to buy in this steam sale... I hope we get something good this week from the GOGers.. since Steam just isn't doing it for me anymore.

I'm really tempted to get Dragon Age: Origins, but before I bite the bullet, I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on the sex and nudity in the game. I try to stay away from games that have a lot of those things, so I'd like a little more info before I buy the game. Any help would be really nice.

Question : Is Steam recording the playtime , if you added the game as a non-steam , and it's shows up as " now playing " and it's listed on the Steam catalogue ?

Both are completely optional. You may get a few broad hints while talking (at least to some) NPCs, but you're not forced down that road.

The only thing you will see in the game is the kissing, the 'Romance scenes' are a complete joke since all you see are your character and your partner in underwear only (women keep bras on aswell) so theres no nudity whatsoever unless you install a mod for it.

The Desire demons are probably the closest thing to a naked women you will get in the game but even then their private areas are covered up so no worries.

Two Worlds 2 and Assault Squad are both tempting. But I'm not short of either RPGs or strategy games at the moment.
