Well i was very happy for last months, and now i feel even better. I've got married last saturday ;]
Congratulations !
Too much bitching not enough optimism lately.
I got a raise today! Who wants to come on my new yacht?
Today? Forget it. I had an appointment at the Work Office today, so i went there, on foot.. And they told me that they've rescheduled my appointment for the 8th of April. And i went back.. on foot. It's a 40 minute walk from my house, one way.. took me about 55 minutes due to health issues. Now my spine is killing me, because those morons at WO can't use a phone to call me and tell me to come later. Optimism in Poland. And they WERE serious.. April Fools done wrong.
So, just not to be seriously OT, i've learned how to play another C64 tune, on keyboard [Forbidden Forest]. I think i'll tab it out of boredom.

I went into an interview yesterday and they hired me in the spot. I started today, and while the job is more Marine engineering and less naval architecture than I would've wished, it is pretty fun nonetheless! Happiness.

Won't that make it all sticky?
Good things? Well, Alpha Protocol's ready for prepurchase (again) so I'm off to the shop to preorder that AGAIN after canceling my preorder when they delayed it last year. Also, I had fun pissing people off in MW2 and blocking snipers, team flashing, all that cool stuff.

I'm afraid you're no longer invited.
My sister is in hospital!
Sound weird to say that as a positive but she's not eaten in a month (I tried to tell her that bulemia is only for teenage girls, not 50 year old women but she never listens) and has been throwing up near constantly. She went to hospital last week to be rehydrated but it was under protest from her but this time she actually ASKED to go so the message that "starving to death is no way to treat liver cancer" must have finally sunk in. I'm rather hoping that her being there for the same thing twice in as many weeks will actually get her some real treatment

Aliasalpha: Snippity.

About time she learns, right?
Also, my dad learned he has cancer in his...ass...yesterday...but it's 100% treatable.
BUMP
Summer is coming!

Best site ever.
I graduate in two weeks! Maybe I'll actually be able to get a girlfriend in college!
Having an exam in less than one hour. I will do fine (I hope).

ovoon: Summer is coming!

Hey! I came to this thread to get cheered up! Now I'm more depressed! Better go out and buy fans and anything else I can find to avoid the heat and humidity...
But, on the positive side, I just went jogging. !!!!!!!! This might be the first proper exercise I've done in 10 years... I have visions of being a toned, dynamic, exciting person within weeks!
Plus I did it in Vibram Five Fingers and they seem pretty sweet!

It's my wedding anniversary today, and it's also Towel Day. AND I went for a ride on the motorbike with my husband. AND I'm alive. AAAAAND I just bought the latest GOG game. So I feel pretty optimistic.
