rich-o: Hardwar would be awesome.
Totally underrated game.
OK the video bits were rubbish and it was a tad on the easy side but everything else was spot on. Think it was software refinery/gremlin, but goodness knows where the rights went when they all folded.
You'd need to make sure it came with the soundtrack or it'd only be half as good. That was licensed from warp so it might be a non-starter or wind up probititively expensive. Go on, give those yorkshire folk a call and see what you can do.
Some one tried to get the source code released from the UK Treasury awhile back this was the answer he got:
"You have asked the Crown to make the software freely available, however, I should point out that the Treasury Solicitor is obliged to obtain full open market value for all assets that we deal with, subject to a minimum sale price of £500 plus VAT. In addition to the sale price you would be required to cover the Treasury Solicitor's costs plus VAT and disbursements. In order to obtain full open market value I would ask the HMSO to provide a valuation."
