Still Life 2 is a crap, don't get too much hope for it guys. Crappy, low budget, not interesting story, stupid inventory, etc.

g_sakil: It's been a while since a traditional point-and-click adventure game has been added to GoG. Is this a trend of what's going to follow?

SirPrimalform: Which ones from currently signed publishers do you suggest?
Activision for both Sierra AND Infocom!

SimonG: But I've never heard of their obscure homepage. How should I be able to find it. Tellwho? ;-P

Na, in all seriousness, I think it would increase their customer base. I guess everybody who wants the new S&M adventure games (yes, that was on purpose) already bought them there or on Steam. So GOG would be a golden opportunity for them to increase their potential customer base without fearing lost "first hand sales".
They don't sell their games for $10. They sell them for $15-25, and don't have to pay any fees to a distributor.

They'll -never- be here. At least not for a decade or so.
i'd welcome release of The Black Mirror (Posel Smrti) here. It probably the best czech adventure game. That doeasn't mean much but it's really good.
I've got some more suggestions:

-Toonstruck
-Sherlock Holmes, The Case of the Serrated Scalpel and The Case of the Rose Tattoo, I thinkEA has the rights for this games
-Discworld series, especially Discworld 2 and Discworld Noir

spinefarm: Also we need Nordic Games(Owner of The Adventure Company) a lot of good adventure games on their catalogue and they are into DRM free with good amount of their games on DotEmu....
About Still Life 2 - yes it's not that old...but still it's a sequal...
We sort of have Nordic Games, as they bought JoWood when they went bust. The fact that the JoWood games didn't all vanish suggests that GOG managed to strike a new deal with Nordic (hopefully).
Oh, I miss those Dracula games.

And I'd also like to see the Blair Witch games (don't know who put them out). Admittedly, they were pretty bad from what I remember, but sometimes nostalgia overrides common sense. :-)
I could be mistaken but isn't the 7th Guest an adventure game ...?

Anyway, I agree that it would be nice to see some more Sierra, if we can't have Lucasgames. Quest for Glory, Laura Bow etc.

Btw, I noticed that GOG so far refused to release Blood Omen! And System Shock! I wonder, is this a trend? :P

My bad about Nordic...but a lot of good games on The Adventure Company catalogue still to come to GOG

Can the moderators please delete Leroux's post. It is ruining our string of complaints.

Thank you

I hope so too.
I noticed GOG stopped releasing games on Mondays. Ever since Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods came out, they haven't released any games on Mondays. Is this a trend?

(But seriously, I would love to see Quest for Glory make an appearance.)
They were never releasing the games on mondays on regular basis. Gothic 3 was extraoridinary.
I think they have stuff that is more exciting to concentrate on right now, which means higher sales. When those slow down I am sure some of these games will come.

I noticed that your sarcasm detector seems to be malfunctioning today. Is this a trend? ;)

(PenutBrittle knows that. He was making fun of the other posts' apparent eagerness to see a trend in a period of time that's too short to really determine one.)
