Does the 10% valentines demo supercede the gem promo?

I love those promos for games like MoO 3, which I would never buy in my right mind, but might (with enough mods and tweaking) deserve another go.

It would be neat to be able to purchase a game a set number of times (like 2 or 3) but get one key for it. Then you could surprise a few people with one post. Sneaky giveaways.
