Advice is not telling someone to just do something. Imagine you purchase a book that supposedly offers you advice relating to making money fast. You open the book, you find one page. On that page, it says, "Go make some money fast. The End." That wasn't advice. That was the book telling you to do something, maybe assuming you already know how to make money fast. But assuming such a thing about the reader can not be justified. Depending on how you look at the definition, you could say, telling someone to just do something is advice, but then it is useless bad advice.
Actually advice is just that...telling someone something they can/could/should do about a problem they have. Now the person giving the advice may be vague/generic(Go relax......etc.), but it's still advice. Just not very clear/useful advice.

Coffee corner would work for me. I have so much caffeine in my body that I can hardly type straight.
Though coffee itself, now that is horrible stuff. Tea, now that is where it is at!

Yes, depending on how you look at the definition. The way I look at it. Telling someone to just do something isn't advice which is in the same boat as useless bad advice.
