soulitter: Do you have the latest patch? 1.05 (i think its this number) fixes the DLC issue including the missing gear.

I think it's 1.04. I downloaded the patch but I'll probably update after I finish my run. I feel that my save is borked and the fun has seriously diminished. I'll start a new game with 1.05.
