Figured out my problem: had to disable "GPU compositing on all pages" due to the blank page loading issue.
apparently it messes up youtube. but i cant check due to not being able to use chrome if i enable it. shrugs.
moving on. just thought i best mention its a 'personal' problem not your link :)

When making a post/replying to another post there is a button next to the bold/italic/etc buttons which looks like a chain link. If you click it it'll put the appropriate brackets in the post box(at the point where the cursor currently is) and you can then fill it in from there.

hmmm, perhaps clicking the chain on the post was not a good idea. Oh I see...now I've got two ~confused, puppy stare~

Ok, I appreciate the efforts to help me but apparently I haven't had enough sleep as yet... Maybe getting off here for a bit and doing some real work will restore my brain cell functioning! Thank you both - I'll come back a bit later and endeavor to format my posts a bit better!

If there are no takers I would love to get it for my Girlfriend but give it a little time so I don't gifthog for someone who also want it.
Maybe we could even try the Multiplay together a feature I never tried with this game.
