Never seen you mention anything about it and you've given a reasonable amout of what you do away on the forums so thats my guess.

If im wrong then good on you, its good to learn new stuff and strive for self improvement.

Edit: 8. I have flown an airplane without a pilot's licence.
Id like to point out that unless you took lessons or did it with the likes of the ATC, that is a criminal offence and thus 5 should be true.
Not if he/she didn't get caught:)

Clearly in Finland, cows milk freezes before it leaves the udder, number 7 is impossible:)

Besides, Finns only drink vodka, not milk!

5 is possible, I hear that Northern countries like Finland learn many languages

6 and 8 are kind of contradictory, but are still possible

1 is probably true because of your username :)

so i'll have to agree with orcish gamer

You got it right, darn you. I lived in my family farm for 20 years, and we did have cows. Never milked one though, but saw one giving birth...

Damuna: Are you a Swedish-speaking Finn?
Nope. I really, really hate speaking Swedish :)

Edit. I used swedish because then a small percentage of you might actually know what it means. I could have used "voi vittujen kevät", but it would have been in vain :)

Damn, you know me too well!
Rodzaju... I'm not sure what to say. I'm going to guess 7. I don't think anyone can be THAT afraid of a spider.

As for me, hmm... let's see...

1. I do a lot of volunteering, almost all of it involve working with kids (makes sense - I'm a pretty big kid myself).
2. The first 2 PC games I ever owned were UFO: Enemy Unknown (a.k.a. X-Com: UFO Defense) and Pepper's Adventures in Time.
3. I used to love Sailor Moon. I'll still watch it if I see it on TV, but it's just not the same.
4. I was electrocuted when I was a small boy by jamming things into an electrical outlet.
5. My favourite candy? Gummy bears.
6. Bought an old X-Box for $25 just to play Fatal Frame II (but got too scared a couple of hours in and haven't touched it since).
7. I have never had a driver's license (I don't care to drive).
8. The only country I've been to outside of Canada is the USA (and in Philadelphia of all places...)
9. I have never had a cellphone (don't care for it).
10. I have a man-crush on Ryan Reynolds.

For no particular reason, I shall throw a list into the mix...

1. I met John Flansburgh and John Linnell (They Might Be Giants) outside of Bogarts in Cincinnati, Ohio in the afternoon prior to a concert. They asked where they could get something good for dinner and I took them to Gold Star Chili.

2. I published a book on social networking in 1997. The forward was written by then contributing editor at Wired, Jon Katz.

3. I used to work in an office on the 37th floor of the Chicago Board of Trade Building and I used to sit on the ledge outside my window to eat lunch.

4. For no other reason than a desire to write with WordPerfect instead of a typewriter, I bought my first PC in 1990 from a custom dealer for $2000 and had to have them repair it twice. The third time, I went there and found the building on fire. Later that night, on the 11 O'Clock News, I saw the owner of the store being arrested for arson and insurance fraud. That is when I started learning how to design, build and repair my own PCs and I've never owned a PC since that I haven't built.

5. Last fall, I was hit by a car while crossing the street. I was thrown up on the windshield and then slid off to the ground. I got up quickly and shouted, "Hey! I'm walking here!"

6. I am an Eagle Scout.

7. I went to a comic book store in Seattle, Washington with comedian Patton Oswalt. He bought $110 worth of comics, but their credit card machine was down so I had to loan him $10 because he only had $100 in cash on him.

8. I met Peter Gabriel at a press party prior to a show on the So Tour. I was surprised to find him to be remarkably shy.

9. In 1987, stupidly, I drove from Atlanta, Georgia to Dayton, Ohio under the influence of LSD. Though, miraculously, I didn't die or cause any accidents, in retrospect I deeply regret having done it and consider it a horrible mistake.

10. As a college radio DJ in the late 80's, I once had Kim Deal (The Pixies, Breeders) sit in with me to spin records for four hours on Thanksgiving Day. She was really excited about promoting music made by other bands she admired.

I'm going with 10... Ryan Reynolds...

I mean, I'm sure he's a nice guy, but...

Wait... You are Canadian and he is a nice guy...

No... I'm sticking with Reynolds.
