tfishell: However, the other Bitmap Brothers games have been $9.99 ports, so it's possible they'll release a port of one of the versions so they can charge more. (I kinda hope not, though, since people have been complaining about the ports.)
tburger: AFAIK there is no PC port/remake of Z so I bet we get classic 1996 release this Thursday.
Well I figured BB, Mastertronic, or whoever did the Chaos Engine and Speedball 2 HD ports might be making a port for this to simultaneously release on GOG and Steam at $9.99.
BUT perhaps (and hopefully?) not. I suppose we would have heard something about a port being worked on by now?
I assume GOG won't be able to include
Z95/the expansion kit -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z_%28video_game%29#Difference_between_Z_and_Z_95. Hopefully they won't get flack for that.
Snickersnack: I hope it's Red Faction. Miners wear red, Ultor security is in blue.
In response to a post about release of classic games acquired from THQ, a Nordic Games rep said "maybe February will be a good month if everything will go well" in the Spellforce 2: Demons of the Past release thread. Maybe it did? :D
http://www.gog.com/forum/general/release_spellforce_2_demons_of_the_past/post82 Also a good point. I'd prefer GOG got Z here because that has 1000+ wishlist votes, but Red Faction would be excellent too, although somebody suggested there were some (significant?) compatibility issues -
