It seems that they won't be able to reach their goal unfortunately. I wonder if they will still continue to produce the game even without the kickstarter pledges.

The Dreamfall one going up to $400,000 in a day shows how much Wildman just did not connect with people.

Still I honestly think in the end Wildman just didn't look very good, period.

Wildman simply didn't look that fun to me. It didn't have...energy?

Imagine that there was an ice cream flavour that you really liked and for some reason shops stop selling it. 20 years later you walk into a store and discover that it's on sale again. Now what are you more likely to buy, the flavour you really liked or a new flavour? Sure, some people would try something new, but most would go for the old one.

Sounds really decent of the dude to be honest like that. With that said, I'm guessing it's too little too late, won't be backing this one as those folks appear screwed. As they're screwed with severance, here's to all of them spending some time with their loved ones and finding new gigs soon!

I think one of the main issues of Wildman was, that after the Kickstarter failed to make a mint during the first day, which obvously was something Taylor was betting at, it just looked like he gave up. Every interview he did after that was very defeatits. He talked then like he already lost the game and lost the faith and many people were left with that idea. The way I see it Taylor kind of screwed himself here.
