Because they don't exist. PopTop Games went out of business a few years ago.

Is that a reason not to list them? I bet lots of the developers of games here don't exist anymore, but they're usually listed anyway.

It's a city builder with political elements and a caribbean flavor. It plays mostly like a city builder.

Syme: Excellent addition. Congratulations, GOG! The first Tropico is one of my favorite games. If you were to find a way to offer the soundtrack, that would be stellar.

Not my thing but I'm happy for everyone else -- I know a lot of people were hoping for this one. :)

dang it I just bought it a couple weeks ago when Impulse had it 50% off
would have rather spent $2.50 more and gotten it here on GOG :-(
