Congrats GOG, you're causing other DD services to lower the price of Tropico Reloaded. I think a celebration is in order. One which involves everyone buying Tropico Reloaded from here >_>.

michaelleung: DAMN IT! To think I got it off Steam for $15 (!) instead of waiting. Ah well, I'm not going to buy it again. It's a great game, buy it if you haven't already.
I bought it from Impulse for $10.76.

Yup, GamersGate tweeted a reply to me saying stuff about Tropico and said it was lowered to $9.99 for a while. HAW. HAW.

Petrell: Anything else interesting in Kalypso Media back catalog?

stonebro: They were founded in 2006, and I don't think they've got any more interesting IPs than Tropico.

They bought a lot of old ip's from Ascaron and Eidos.
Congratulations, GOG - this is definitely a GREAT old game. Too bad I already got it from D2D a while ago. I even asked here in the forums if they would show anytime soon on GOG by that time - the answer was no, hence why I got it elsewhere, but I'm glad to finally see it on GOG.

Indeed, that's a peril of GOG not disclosing information about new deals (which, otherwise, is completely understandable), as this way users may get their games from elsewhere, unaware of their (imminent) arrival.

Exactly, I was wondering if anyone knew any other interesting aquisitions Kalypso might have made. Thay has rather big catalog here in gog now. As was said, most of their own productions are too new for GOG.
Wow, this was a surprise.
But I'll buy Tropico Gold in a store here in Brazil.
If I had money in my credit card I would buy it from GOG too, since it have Tropico 2, wich is not included in Tropico Gold.
Too bad I got all Tropico games.

Excellent addition. Congratulations, GOG! The first Tropico is one of my favorite games. If you were to find a way to offer the soundtrack, that would be stellar.

Good to know! Thanks for the heads-up.
Glad to see this pack on GOG, very nice value for these good games. I've been expecting it for a while. People who like management/tycoon/strategy games should definitely pick it up.
(I bought a retail copy myself, the GOG game shelf is good, but my real shelf is better :) )
