Although I already have this from Steam, I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes the good old point and click adventure games. It has some good puzzles and both a nice storyline AND a likeable main character.
This is one of the best adventure games made in the 200X's

KEgstedt: Only have the Swedish version (by the way, Miaghstir, I would hardly call Regina Lund a "porn star"), so maybe this is worth purchasing again after all...

Sure, she's done a crapload of other stuff as well, but that's all I knew at the time I saw her name on the box.

ps: Having skimmed through the "Well-known games" catalogue for Funcom, I've come to a conclusion that this and Dreamfall are the only ones worth interest. Anyone to prove me wrong?..

I gotta have this, I've got two releases already (including the Swedish translation).

This is a GOOD old game. Maybe a bit slow and "chatty" for some, but Ragnar Tornquist is the Joss Whedon of games. I'll love you all if you by any chance have made it compatible with Wine (and my Linux netbook).

Gremmi: At the risk of sounding like a heretic, I much preferred Dreamfall to TLJ. Alright, DF had some horrid forced insta-kill stealth and combat sections, but I felt the story was richer by virtue of not having to explain what's happening - TLJ is perhaps the 'origin' story.
TLJ is still awesome though, albeit with some bad pixel hunting and a couple of hugely illogical puzzles.

Dreamfall was damn short and with a story that was built as though the writers had no idea where they wanted to go.
TLJ has a beautiful story and, best of all, IT HAS AN ENDING!

Grats on adding this amazing game to the collection.
Easily one of the best adventures I've ever played and among my all time favorite games. Must play for everybody. Still looks good today too :)

I have never had the opportunity to play this before and even if I don't like point & click adventures I have read too many good opinions about this game to wait any more.

As soon as I read the tweet about a major adventure game release, I thought to myself "It would be SO great if it was TLJ, I'd finally have the chance to play it in English"...
I'm truly speechless right now. This was not only one of the best games I've ever played but THE one I hoped to get from GOG the most.
Hell - I might even write a review for this, as much I'm usually reluctant to do so...

Sweet! I really love it when you release great games like this one.
I already have a retail copy of this game, but a GOG version couldn't hurt.
One question though.
Does the GOG.com version include option for the original text language and voiceovers? (norwegian)

I doubt it, not at 1.1 GB.
Little known anecdote: I read somewhere that Ragnar Tørnquist's script for the game was originally in English, and the Norwegian version was translated from that. If true, this means that you could consider English to be the 'original' language, even though the Norwegian version of the game was released first.
I like the English version a bit better, but I agree that the Norwegian one is worth trying for Norwegian fans.
