This is a pretty good one, actually. Nice physics, cool tables, beautiful graphics, a semi-hidden reference to Zzap 64, ... yeah, I think people will like it.
Edit: My favourite pinball game is still Pinball Fantasies (man, there were some great pinball games on the Amiga - the entire Digital Illusions series, Slamtilt, Pinball Prelude...). But this is a pretty good modern equivalent.

Pinball fantasies was indeed a great game got it when 16/32 systems released it on the atari falcon. Think was also the last really good pinball game i have played since then but looking forward to playing pure pinball 2. Graphics look great hopefully the gameplay will match.

Never played Illusions. I only had an A500, and Illusions was AGA only, afair. :-(

Reminds me of ProPinball - The Web. That game was great when it came out for a (by today's standards) very strange reason. It actually had a digital audio output module for the PC Speaker! You know that little speaker that you've heard going pling when your old 486er finally stopped working: The actually had voice coming out of that thing!

There is a PS2/PSP/Wii game called "Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection" that happens to include Funhouse. I haven't played it myself, but I do have the "Gottlieb Collection" version of the game on my PS2 and it was pretty good.

Digital Extremes developed Adventure Pinball was also good game powered by Unreal Engine.

You're one of the only other people I've ever seen who truly liked this game. I did too...in fact, I still have the original disc and I still play it, along with Extreme Pinball. Those two were my favorite PC pinball titles, and I plan on trying out this new GOG release sometime soon. If anyone is interested in console pinball, look up Dragon's Fury and Dragon's Revenge for the Sega Genesis, as well as Last Gladiators and Necronomicon for the Sega Saturn.

This is a pretty good game. I had never heard of it before this, but it has 3 machines and pretty good graphics. It would be a bit better if they had more machines, but for $6 it is a good deal.
I remember the Microsoft Pinball where they had real vintage pinball machines like the Haunted Mansion one with a reverse incline sub-level. That game was pretty awesome.

Speaking of pinball, where's Full Tilt? Even if you've never heard of it, you've probably played it: the Microsoft Space Cadet Pinball game is one of the missions on the full game.

I rate "Pro Pinball: Timeshock" as the best PC pinball table ever. I'd LOVE to see that one here on GOG.
(I'm also kinda fond of the Worms table in Team 17's "Addiction Pinball" :)
This one is definitely okay, but unlikely to match up to those tables.
Music is a bit rubbish, to be honest, and there was one amazingly irritating sound effect I had to disable (I recommend replacing Data\Sounds\gumikopp.wav with a copy of something unobtrusive like kar1v.wav), which was a bit of a downer as far as first impressions went. In general, audio is competent, but a bit mundane.
Visually, it's quite pretty. I do wish I could get rid of the 'player' reflection on the ball, and I wish there was a view that DOES NOT MOVE. A seriously weird omission, that! (I know they went to the trouble of making it in 3D, but that doesn't mean you HAVE to move the camera.) That said, the F2 view is pretty much fine.
I've only played each table for a few minutes, so I certainly can't say anything definitive about gameplay (and I'm not good enough at pinball to comment much in any case), but it seems to play smoothly and handle well.
Options are a bit lacking (the Pro Pinball tables are almost overwhelming in this regard), and I wish it could run in a window, or handle ALT-TAB.
All in all, seems like a decent pinball game, and ought to be good value at the price. (Good to see it at $5.99.)

So, I purchased the game and tried to play it on my laptop. I didn't realize it required a TNL-supported video card, so my Intel integrated video just won't cut it. GOG doesn't get super-specific on the system requirements for the games, and the screenshots for this one didn't look particularly 3D at all, so I didn't even think twice. Guess I learned my lesson there. :P
I'll still give it a shot on my desktop rig, but it seriously limits my playtime when I can't use my laptop. That's part of why I love GOG...when I buy a game, I want something that will run on my portable, and outside of the obviously-3D titles (Unreal Tournament 2004, Unreal 2, etc...), I haven't had to be too careful about the system requirements until now. :(
