Yay, Finally!
I remember playing the demo.....uh.....about (probably) 11 years ago and I liked it, so this is a no-brainer for me.

Very nice game here, I never could get the old one working on newer operating systems, so this is definitely worth the 5.99$ :)

I was just about to say the upcoming queue is empty, but I see others have already done this before me.
So, next week there will be a surprise release! (I *highly* doubt that there would be a blank week without GOG noticing us about it.)
Some people say it's more of an RPG than a TBS, but it IS a strategy game, complete with resource collection and army mustering, with some roleplaying possibilities.

What more do you need??

I own, I Love. I have bought three copies of this game over the years, all more than GOG. However I got smart and digitized it so right now I don't need GOGs version. However if anyone wants to hit me up for a MP game I'll play :D

Exactly what I was thinking. Didn't heard about the game before but Lords and Heroes mix sounds good.
I will probably buy the game later today.

A note to those who buy it "because it's like HOMM": I think the only considerable trait in common in them is the fantasy setting, otherwise it plays quite differently. (Hmmm, of the Heroes games, it's most similar to HOMM 4, as in both games, alignments have their own set of spells.)
Still, I recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy TBS games.

Thats because it'd be more correct to say its Fantasy Lord of the Realms, considering it was made by the same people and plays quite similar. ;p

This looks very much like Master of Magic. How similiar does Lords of Magic play to Master of Magic??

I haven't played much Master of Magic, but what I recall, it's like a fantasy-themed Civilization. If it is so, then no, it's not that much like Master of Magic, as here there's not so much emphasis on building buildings (even though it's an important aspect of the game).

Hmmm, do you get to capture units and use them against an enemy??
Still, given the fact that it is turn-based, I might actually pick this title up once money allows for it....
