After releasing the first three installments of this acclaimed series, it was only natural to add Heroes of Might and Magic 4 to the lineup. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

You probably know this already, but [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/heroes_of_might_and_magic_4_complete]Heroes of Might and Magic 4 is a casual, fantasy-themed turn-based strategy, in which you explore a magical land and lead hordes of mythical creatures against the enemies of your realm. The Complete edition includes the original game and its two expansions: The Gathering Storm and Winds of War, giving you countless hour of gameplay to look forward to.
The fourth installment of the series remains the fabulous fairy-tale design and beautiful 2D graphics, but also was somewhat innovative, as it added many new features to the well-established gameplay of its predecessors, most notably letting the Heroes participate in battles. Get your copy today and find out how the gameplay evolved.
Very nice release. This is the only game in the HOMM series I haven't played, so an instabuy for me.
Darn, at the second though, I would really like to see Heroes Chronicles on GoG... definitely including all the 8 campaigns, even for a full price!

you aren't alone, other people would like to see this as well

there was even a thread made regarding this topic a while ago which was bumped by Lexor
Yes! The best in the HOMM series for me (and yeah, I know I am a minority, but hey, it's the haters that miss an excellent game for this ;))
I have it in cardbox, but I am buying it here again. It's just that good.
Great job, GOG.
Awesome!
Casual?

Really?
Isn't this game too overpriced? In fact, all of the HMM games in gog are overpriced, they cost $10 each. Nobody remembers this? I don't find it to check the price but I don't think I paid more than $20 for it 3 years ago, and it includes the four games with all the expansions. Don't buy HMM games at gog until they reduce the prices or pack the games together.

C'mon, it's not like 10$ is a fortune!...
I would prefer to have the entire Ubisoft back catalog here at 10$ each title instead of having just a few of their games at 5$...
You are free to wait for a promo if 10$ is to much for you.
There is no point in boycotting GoG for this. They have other shortcomings but this is not one of them.

I think that the prices that justified here on gog

Well of course except the first HOMM which should be 6 bucks

Overall though for the price you are paying and what you are getting, I think it's well worth it

I think I am being fair and resonable here mate

I don't think you can buy these games DRM free with extra goodies anywhere else online and seperately buying these games online on a disk is more expensive than buying on gog, com, hell heroes 3 complete is still 20 bucks on amazon

That game bundle was released in very limited quantities as well

I mean, I myself own the Ultimate collection of HOMM (I posted a picture a while ago here with my big white box) and yet I still bought the games here on gog because it's much more convenient

There are other games on gog.com that are extremely overpriced, especially in the ubisoft catalogue but as I've said: I think I am being fair and adequate here :)
WIshlisted until I can beat the previous games. Great to see this series continuing here.

Well, I'd say HoMM should be $6, but whether HoMM4 should be is a little more debatable. Regardless, I don't think I would pay $10 for HoMM4, so I probably won't. However, I'm glad to see that Ubisoft has finally released a game for $6 with Might and Magic VII. Perhaps we'll see more appropriate price changes from them in the future.

A boycott is ridiculous, though. If a DRM free copy with extras isn't worth $10 to you... well, it's not worth $10 to you, but plenty of other people would gladly pay that price. Of course, if most everybody agrees that a game isn't worth that price, they'll have poor sales on a game until they remedy that. I don't think you need to tell people if a game is worth that price, they're more than capable.

Of course, dropping the price on a game like Master of Orion 3 would only do so much good...

Yeah, I think anybody would prefer having more of their games available. Still, Ubisoft should consider not having every last game at the $10 price point, though they've finally done that just now.

Don't act like it doesn't add up, though. There's still a good difference between $6 and $10, and as I've spent a small fortune here, it becomes pretty important.

You know what the funny thing about having multiple terabytes of storage space is? You start storing literally everything you come across. I'll have the entire internet in a matter of weeks. O_O
