Exactly eight months after releasing its , we're proud to introduce to you the second game from the acclaimed [url=http://www.gog.com/en/search/sort/search/empire%20earth]Empire Earth series, commonly believed to be the best installment yet.
[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/empire_earth_2_gold]Empire Earth II is a real-time strategy game which lets you recreate some of the most pivotal moments in history, both ancient and recent. The Gold Edition contains the main game and its expansion, The Art of Supremacy. Combined, they offer seven single player campaigns, spanning over four thousand years of actual history, with a few decades of believable sci-fi afterwards. Fans of the first Empire Earth game will not be disappointed with EE2, as it both retained all the strong points of its predecessor and added a ton of new features and improvements, making the game more complex, challenging and ultimately more satisfying to play.
The main page ad says it's 5.99 $
Only played a little of EE1, but it's been more fun than I expected. Still trying to get through my 'to play' pile, but I'll probably grab this in the future based on what I've seen.
*pssst: The big rotating image for this game links to the EE1-Gold gamecard page.
yep: both things are now fixed.

Not anymore.
sweet cool game thanks gog

Damnit.
Awesome addition! This is indeed a great game.
FInally a game that has piqued my interest. I had half an itch to buy this game years ago but didn't. I don't think I'll pay full whack for it though. Would rather wait to see if this game turns up on offer. As long as it isn't packaged with it's prequel though as buying both seems mostly pointless.
Another great addition to GoG.com. Yay!
Since I'm still poor, however, I'm going to have to wishlist it for now. *cries*

Thanks GOG.
*adding to wishlist*
Awesome!!!!!
I support the theory it's the best part of the series. Basically, it's EE1 (with numerous improvements*, such as, for example, the new epoch advancement system), enriched by an amusing amount of parameters to set before playing a random map, and only let down by its annoying pathfinding AI (which, seriously, is more horrible than that of 1).
*some users may disagree
EE2 yay! I lost one of the discs for my copy a while ago and never got round to buying another copy, something that's about to change.
Well, would change if i didn't just spend a heap of money on a new hard drive and a bunch of other stuff :(
Will probably get it when its reduced or in a sale or something , 9.99 is to expensive for this, you can buy it on disc for around 3 or4 pounds here in the UK . Good addition to GOG tho :D
This one checks all the right boxes. But I never could get into it for some reason. Still it's definitely a GOG. Good to see it here.
The developer listed on the page is wrong, Mad Doc Software developed Empire Earth II
