fuNGoo: Nice to see it here, but I still have my original Atomic Edition CD. Now if Rise of the Triad or Blood were to show up here, then I'd be excited.

RotT is coming, as mentioned on the frontpage, but boy what would I do just to get Blood here. Anyone need free labour?
The Blood IP is just a bit off a mess, iirc no-one knows for sure who owns the rights now since it's been through three different publishers since its release. But one can always wish...
I strongly recommend checking JonoF's site out. He has an excellent Windows/Linux 3d engine for Duke and Shadow Warrior.
(I hope one day it can also support Blood and Redneck Rampage)

Why not go straight for EDuke32? JonoF's port development stopped in 2005 and EDuke32 started off where JonoF stopped, adding even more features and fixes into the game (such as the widescreen hack, which corrects the FOV for widescreen monitor users).

I mentioned it as well, in an earlier post in this thread...
And i recomend it over JonoF's port too, for the reasons you just stated there...

That's just great! I love DN3d and old style FPS. I remember playing them on my old 486. Thinking about it, my first ever game was Wolfenstein 3d.
Fantastic news god i remember when a pc friend showed this to me when i still had my atari boy was i green with envy.
One of the best old school fps around
Words on a forum can't describe how happy this makes me. This IS the game that got me into PC gaming as a kid and theres at least 3 times a year where i am in the mood to play it but don't feel like hassling myself to find a good version to work with Vista and new hardware.
GOG = beyond awesome!

I will pick this up at some point. When I'm ready I'll even try and arrange a few multiplayer maps - I hope you guys are ready to come and get some.

Ah, good to know. I found JonoF's engine worked fine as was and hadn't bothered to check for updates. Nice to know someone's still carrying the torch.
Though it's still worth noting that JonoF has a version of his engine for Shadow Warrior.
