cogadh: This kind of looks like a Darkstar 1/Freelancer type game, only under water. Would anyone who has played it call that a fair comparison?

Sid311: I wouldn't. It is much less freeform, more akin to games like Freespace/Starlancer.

So its more of a mission-based type of game, rather than an open sandbox type game... that might still be worth it to me. I've got a freebie coupon I've been sitting on for a while and everything that has been released lately has either been of no interest to me or I already have it. This is the first game in a long time that has sparked any interest. I guess I'll wishlist this for now, maybe wait a bit longer to see what new publisher comes at the end of the month. Thanks for the input!
I'm an avid Playstation 2 collector. This game was released on PS2, but it's very hard to find, at least in my area. I found out about it a few weeks ago while searching some lists of rare PS2 games. I figured I'd never be able to play it unless GoG released the PC version. How funny is that? A few weeks after I had the thought an now it's here!
GOG hears your prayers. (I never tire of the GOG as GOD jokes ^_^ )

It's a GOG miracle! Praise GOG and may the blessings of GOG be upon you all.

Wolfox: I've heard this game is pretty...
*sunglasses*
...immersive.
*YEEAAAAHHHHHHH*

It sounds Oarsome...
the soundtrack is a picture and in hd....
hehe
There was a time in my life when I worshiped this game. I remember getting so drawn into the story, more than any other game up to that point. INSTABUY.
One thing I really like about this site is the number of games that I've never heard of and that I would never have been exposed to if not for here. This for me is one of those games.
i think i saw demo back in the days... but i don't remember if i liked it
but i remember SubWar 2050 :]
but hey -if it's good - i'll give aqua nox a try some day!

Got it on CD. Never made it past mission two due to a bug (I played an unpatched version) and one horribly annoying voice actress. There's a girl in there that really gets on my nerves.
Does this have a multiplayer component? I'd give that a shot.
Hm... I though this was about that old pc aquatic rpg. I guess I was wrong.
Edit: Oh yeah, remembered now: Anachronox

Awesome. I loved Archimedian Dynasty (and chance y'all could snag that one, GoG folks?) but never got around to playing these spiritual sequels. Thanks, GoG! :)
gog thank you so very very very much, I love this series, to bad we'll probably never get another part, but you seriously made my day by releasing this, now hurry up and get us the second part as well XD
for those who played and lover flying heroes...How does aquanox compare to that game?
flying heroes had good gameplay, controls, fast action flying shooter... :)
I wish that game is released in gog...:)
Loving all the trailer love lately. Definitely encourages me to buy. :)
