My internet broke down recently and my bookmarks would not work. Finally they began to work but my GOG, for some reason, sent me into the "New" member section. I filled out my user name and password and the game gave me 9 "Free" games, three of them I already had, but none of my paid for games. There must have been 10 to 15 games I am not getting credit for as owning. Can I get those back?

You have another account with a different e-mail address. If you manage to recall it, you can log in with that one and continue usage as normal. If you can't recall the e-mail address, send support a ticket. They will have to ask some verification questions, but they should be able to help you recover your account.

Contact support. There's nothing we, users, can do about it unfortunately.

Yeah, Stooner got it. You probably lost your cookies with your browser so you didn't "lose" your games because you actually created a new acct. While waiting for support to respond, check all your email addresses. One of them should have a confirmation email from your first, original acct.

Thanks for all of the helpful suggestions, and tinyE, I like your mother as well!!:) I think I will write to "support".

Actually, the "old" was in reference to how long I've been with GOG

Trying to figure that one out myself. My brother is always talking about joining up here but the way he plays games we're sooner to see pigs fly out of my butt. I suppose I could have phrased my post better. I was trying to give a nice goofy (you know, typical me) welcome to the guy and it came out kind of mean. Ooops.
