So what is everyone else's opinions on the new GOG.com login screen? I noticed that your email address is already entered in, and you now just need to enter in your password.
Some people have been finding it slow and erratic at times. I don't know if the bugs have been ironed out yet, but there is a longer thread here if you feel like reading through it

I thought you mail was also filled with the previous login. It's not gog thing but you can set your browser so it remembers your login and/or password.
There is a new login screen?

Maybe it's because I auto login which I can do with GOG because they don't hold onto credit information. If someone gets onto my account the worst they can do is rearrange my game shelf. :P

Well, they could send a support ticket saying that you want your account deleted. ;-)

Mission accomplished. ;-)

But seriously, when it comes to IT security you can never be paranoid enough.

A few days ago the auto-logged everyone out and you should have had to login again, no?
I had a problem with it the first day as my companies proxy didn't like it, but since logging in tethered to my phone that day I have not seen it...autologin.

I was wondering about having to log in the other day. and with ^ I am going to be doing it more often.

Yes I did, but it looked like the same screen, of course I wasn't really paying attention.

That's only if you have the leftover cookie from your last login. Personally, I'm quite happy with the new screen, as I didn't need to set any new permissions, and can finally log directly to https. It doesn't seem to be significantly slower than before.
