-Niri-: What Icelandic music do you find interesting, if you don't mind me asking?
Please don't say Bjork :O
No, it's not Bjork, don't worry :)
First of all, I like the music of Jón Leifs, I find it interesting and engaging. I am talking mainly of his tone-poems about Iceland's landscape and natural forces (Hekla, Geysir, Dettifoss, Hafís) and his large-scale work Baldr inspired by Nordic mythology, but I also enjoyed his organ concerto a great deal, not to mention his Saga Symphony based on the"Sagas of Icelanders". They contain some of the noisiest and loudest music ever written!
Then I listened to some music by the contemporary composer Haukur Tómasson, performed by Icelandic musicians, and I liked it while at the same time appreciating the quality of the performance. This is the record, it even contains a brief historical recording of a folksong that sounds very peculiar! That speaks eloquently about the level of music education in Iceland, which I suspect is very high.
And finally, there's a little musical thing in Reykjavík which I really love...
Strange tastes, I know :)

EDIT: I still haven't listened to music by Hafliði Hallgrímsson, but I am going to do so at some point in the future.

Nice seeing someone from as far away as Italy who knows more about Icelandic classical music than most Icelander do :)

I don' find your musical tastes strange at all.
That Pipe Organ "musical thin" you speak of. It is actually a kind of tradition in my family to go to Hallgrims Church every year at new years eve and listen to the organ concert. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2I8r0kUdBQ
I'm a little late for the welcome wagon but still wanted to welcome you to the place where you'll be spending most of your free time from now on because this is just unlike any other forum out there. I also got both the Witcher games here when I joined so I hope you really enjoy them as well. Also thank you for the nice giveaway, not in but certainly a +1 for you. :)

That organ is a beast. When unleashed at full power is positively terrifying. Although I can say this only after hearing it on record and not in person...
Alright, Random.org has decided and the winner has been chosen.

Thank you all for participating and all the warm welcomes.
I look forward to some more giveaways in the future.

The winner is Sorapak
Congrats to you! You will receive a PM very shortly. :)

Thanks again !
Thanks again -Niri- for the nice giveaway and congrats to Sorapak. :)

Just PM'ed you back.

I honestly and truthfully did not know the key was used. There is no way to check Steam keys without adding them to your account. This was a legit key bought by me, but I honestly can't answer how or by whom it was used by.

You should still have access to the game from the Humble Store, but since this wasn't what this giveaway was about I have offered you another game of your choice here on GOG in compensation.

That really screwed up my first giveaway, I guess I shouldn't be surprised if no one want's in on any future giveaway's of mine..

-Niri-: What I have is (1) steam key for a wonderful indie gem called Vessel (I would love to see this game on GOG btw :))
Nice! Thanks for the reminder, installing as we speak!

+1 to you, and welcome to the GOG forums!
Thanks for the giveaway and welcome to GOG

Far from a screw up as Sorapak gets DRM Free Vessel even though its on Humble and a GOG game so that is actually really nice of you -Niri- to make up for the lack of steam key. I would deem this a very successful first giveaway so thanks again and +1 to you, I am sure even more people will join in on your next giveaway. :)
