Before raising your pitchforks, I suggest we wait for 2 more hours. This has happened in the past when Surgeon Simulator 2013 was released alongside Kyrandia 2 and 3.

Novotnus: GOG, I expect no less than Harvester and Downfall till the end of the weel. If not, I'll...
...wait a week longer :) But, you know. Please. Pretty please. With a cherry on top :)
Harvester? Count me in, can't get my copy to work anymore...

At least you HAVE a copy :)
It doesn't look like it.

It's pretty easy to find as abandonware, if you want to play it hic et nunc. There is even a copy on ebay right now.
But I agree that it would make a nice addition to the catalogue.

In general, I'm all for more FMV adventures on GOG. They're pretty much the Jesus Franco of video games, and should be preserved because they're awesome in their own way. Except that Jesus Franco shot on a 1.98$ budget while FMV adventures were actually big endeavours most of the time. Funny how that works.

I don't trust abandonware that much... and still, hopefully, there is a rightholder somewhere out there and I don't feel right taking his game :) Watched youtube Let's Play, so I have the picture.
For now, I'll keep my fingers crossed for the game coming to GOG. It's doing pretty well on the wishlist, so who knows?

WOW! You don't like the video games being free either and like to pay for video games as well? I thought I was the only one on gog.com who likes to pay for video games to purchase video games and not get them for free.

I refuse to get video games when they are free and I refuse to purchase video games on discounts and on sales.

$50 dollars (USD) is the highest I will ever pay for brand new video games I will never pay $50.99 dollars (USD), $51 dollars (USD) or $60 dollars (USD) for brand new video games ever. However for Collector's Editions of video games I will be happy to pay $100 dollars (USD) or whatever the price is as long as it's not $200 dollars (USD) or more unless it has some really cool and expensive physical items in the physical box.

I think most people like to draw a distinction between getting stuff for free and stealing stuff, actually...

I'll pay anything for a game assuming I have the money and find it to be worth it.

I get wanting to see the game being sold again (kinda like wanting to see books kept in print for me), but I don't understand the "trust" part ?
The main problem with abandonware used to be the butchered stripped down versions of CD games floating around (probably taken from pirate CD compilations in the first place), but I don't think that's a problem anymore, with internet speed and storage spaces being what they are now.

Mission Critical is one game I don't think I ever saw a proper rip around. Luckily I have my box.

It looks like someone typing out his thought process, if that makes sense.
We are forsaken by GOG.
Or they're busy uploading and making game cards for the whole 80's & 90's LucasArts back catalogue.
