More than 60 pages in the forum and over 1200 posts made the “Game Wish List” thread the biggest one in the community section. Let's organize it!
The Game Wish List thread sure is big, but it's also very hard to find anything in it. That's why we've decided to add the GOG.com Wishlist which will gather your game suggestions and your votes for games you'd love to see at GOG.com. The Wishlist can be found on the bottom of the main page. You vote for a game by simply clicking on the game's vote counter and if the game you wish to see at GOG.com isn't on the list use the “Add new” option. It's slick and simple just like everything at GOG.com :).
This is why I haven't finished that small, incredibly primitive PHP page I wanted to make that would have the very basic features of this page. It's gonna get added officially and be better anyway.
So, well done. Might as well close the wish-list topic now and direct people here instead.
Also, any checks for typos or slight name differences, and a way to merge votes? Say, having two separate entries for X-COM: UFO Defense and UFO: Enemy Unknown.
Seems to be working pretty well too, as it has detected all duplicate entries I checked. Well done!
One more thing: when adding new games, it says "one game per entry". Does this "one game" include all the game's expansions as well, or should those be separate entries?
We love u :)
Expansions should be added as separate entries. :)
Awesome!
Where I can find link to "wishlist" on the page?

Since this is becoming "official", should we restrain ourselves to request only games that are really *old*? I mean, I'd love to see KotOR 1 or 2 here, since they're games I like a lot - but they still can be found, so I wouldnt really request them.
Along the same lines, do you plan to manage the game list? Taking off unreasonable entries that are bound to appear after some time...
Anyway, great job once again!

Right, thanks.
A suggestion, if you don't mind: linking to the wishlist page from some part of the games catalogue might be useful. "Looking for a game not on GOG yet? Vote for it on the wishlist", or something.
Great job, guys! That's the support we were all loooking for.
I think the rule of thumb should be "more or less as old as the ones currently in the Catalog". So I suppose KotOR is "oldy nuff". ;)

Well a few of the games on here (thinking mainly of Soldiers and Colin McRae) are still available in online stores, so I don't imagine being "old but not unfindable" would disqualify KoTOR
Nice idea.
