OmegaX: How are you getting to EA Support Chat? I'm going to http://help.ea.com/ and I get redirected to a login page but when I login I'm back at the login page with no error message.

Same thing. I'm stuck at login. It worked when I bought DAO months ago =/
I found http://support.ea.com/app/chat/chat_landing with a google search and it put me in the queue but I never logged in so I don't know how they'll know who am I.

Ahh ok, FF4 and IE9 did the same to me. Try Chrome.

Ok it seems the chat I found was the real EA support chat.
A support person named Joshua G helped me. I gave him my email and key, he then explained that "We are currently having issues with Steam giving customers Invalid Product codes." and asked me to attach an image of my steam library and the key, I did and he gave me a new key to activate Crysis. The new key didn't work on EADM but it worked in https://activate.ea.com/activategame.do so I was able to activate the game myself.

EA Chat support rocks. I've got nothing but good experiences with them so far :D

Yeah it's really, really good. It's head an shoulders above others. The only thing against them seems to be what the suits say but that's hardly their fault. It will be interesting to see if they can help with additional activations on EA games.

Hah, yea. Gotta love Blizzard's and EA's support. I mean, who else offers live chat and 24/7 phone support? :)
Wow, an other support person added Crysis to my EADM with a new licence key.

Not Valve . That's why you can't contact with them via live chat .
edit: Am i the only one , who find annoying when people blame a publisher if something wrong on Steam ( price, activation) and praise Valve if something is good ?

That's ironically why EA could make a really good go of digital distribution if they wanted to. I'm sitting here waiting for an e-mail reply from D2D because I want to buy BRINK but they missed Ireland off the regions it's available in and that mistake means it can't be added to my cart. If EA had a proper store with lots of publishers offering a live chat? FUCKING SOLD.

And before anyone says it EA Store ?= EA DRM. Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 are both on the EA Store and don't have DRM.

Also, after downloading and installing the game you want, you can always replace it with a cracked exe, and the DRM won't be installed on your PC, since the DRM EA uses is SecuROM, and SecuROM only installs when you launch the game for the first time, not together with its installation.
These games are missing from my EA collection : Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe , Crysis 2 and The Sims Medieval .

In my opinion the soundtrack, the comic and the few extra ingame item does not worth the extra money over the standard edition of ME2. But DAO deluxe edition is fine since you get extra DLCs for the extra money.
