nmillar: Install it through Steam, find the installation key in your registry (regedit) and use that key in EADM.
sweet :) downloading the game on steam, will the key be already in the registry or have to download the full game?

I think you have to download it and run it at least once (so it does the final installation steps).

You do realize that not all people on GOG are vehemently opposed to DRM? A lot of people here like Steam and EADM is not a DRM platform is just a downloader. You can run your games outside of EADM just fine.

Not to mention it's also a free digital copy. Restrictions or not you have a back-up for free.

So, I got a very quick response (thank you EA), the content of which was that only games released in 2009 and later are supported by the downloader, which doesn't include Mass Effect. This just makes me more curious as to how some people here apparently have had success adding said game to EADM.

I've a retail Mass Effect and it says "We are unable to retrieve your product information at this time. Please try again. If this error repeats, please try again later" everytime I try to enter the key via https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do :(

Perhaps one of those users could send you a screen shot of it added to their account, along with their EADM user name so you can point that out to EA support in a manner in which they can check on their system?

just great, i work so hard to get my retail copy of nfs pro street activated on eadm. Only to find EA fcking stopped the multiplayer features of it :X GG

So, I could activate the Steam version of Crysis Warhead on this link: https://activate.ea.com/activategame.do

But I cannot activate the base version of Crysis.

Btw, Crysis Wars activates with Warhead (as an addon) but this is pointless anyway since Warhead requires the base game which I could not activate on EADM.

Warhead is a standalone actually.
