What was said was that they were working on the app and the disc is just a hold over while they finish that.
What I really think? They have some sort of license agreement with Microsoft that they can't offer an app on the PSN until a set amount of time. It'll come as an app but in the mean time we can at least do it with the free disc.

Well we're finally getting some videos on the xbox marketplace, up to just over 100 movies so far and thats just over 100 movies more than the PS3 gives us. We don't even get that PS3 show (qore or something I think its called), if they can't even licence their own bloody content for Australia then I guess we're never getting it

Qore is strictly NA-only, and Europe's PSN has their own Qore show I think, and people always are uploading clips of the show on YouTube (obviously you can't try the exclusive demos). As for the XBLM, I do not know if we have films in in HK but I doubt there are any.

Ahh well that explains it, they're not too lazy to licence it, they're too lazy to make a localised version.
The only reason I have XBLM videos is because I'm in the preview program, the new dash has the zune video marketplace and astonishingly it has content thats NOT The Guild or Red vs Blue which were about the only offerings previously

I just got mine in the mail, and I have to say, it's a big improvement over using the 360 interface. It lists all your Instant Queue movies instead of the first 50, it's a lot easier to go through menus, and it even loaded up Clear and Present Danger in HD faster than it took me on the 360! As anyone who's ever seen Clear and Present Danger knows, the sooner you can see it when you want to watch it, the better.

Is there Patriot Games in HD? Because I thought that was the best one.

I'm pretty sure it is, because if they have one in HD, why not have the others like that?
