At first glance i though it was Death to Spies but I'm not sure now. Does anyone remember or know this game?

Looks a bit like in the screenshot but I don't think so. I'm 99,9% sure that the game is on pc also.

Death to Spies would be my guess, but if not, then perhaps Mafia ? Don't think so though, since the camera distance seems different.

No mods, vanilla game and I'm sure it's on pc also. I checked a walkthrough and it's not The Getaway.
Still not completely sure on Death to Spies though. (I'd say it's not this one either)

Looks like some game like The Godfather, scarface, the gateway or something like that.

Both of those games look too...new compared to the one in the screenshot. Graphics in the screenshot look dated.

Edit: It's one of the Matrix games.
