The Antec EA-500 is a well-known, good quality power supply. (Actually, there are two different EA-500's; if the model number is EA-500D, it's made by Delta, but an EA-500 (no D) is made by Seasonic.) I've got one in my parts box, so I can just read you the specs.
It has two 6-pin PCI-E connectors (they're labeled "PCI-E"), and it can put out 408 watts continuous (34 amps) at +12 volts. Since the graphics cards are driven off the +12 volt supply, that's the most important number right there.
It's enough power supply for any single-GPU setup, except for a few massively power-hungry cards that have 8-pin power connectors.
