Hi, sorry for posting this in the general discussion but I can't seem to get a response from support. When purchasing a game I'm stuck on authenticating and I've tried several browsers with the same kind of results.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?
1. What sort of authentication are we talking about? Credit card?
2. Have you got any popup/script blockers running? Those can interfere with online payments.
only thing I can think of trying, does secure sites work (https)?
so try another site which uses https (google for "https test" if you don't know of any)

Yep Credit Card. I know it's working, I bought something online recently.
Nah no popup/script blockers.
Just to add GOG support team doesn't work weekends, so you will have to wait till monday to hear from them.
Have you got a paypal account you could use? Those seem to go through even if someones having credit card problems on the site.
