Since GOG is releasing all this great classic from EA. So will they release the good old NFS serie again? Can't wait to play NFS 2 and 3 under 7.
I keep waiting for it too. Hope those games get here soon.
I still think that NFS 1, 2 and 3 are best in the serie. And was/still hoping GOG will release them again :)
I played 3 a lot and is one of my favorites. My favorite by far is NFS: Porsche.
Yeah! That one is freaking nice :)

+1 for Road & Track presents: the Need for Speed

Compared to current NFS games the driving model of this one is pretty outstanding.
i miss the good old NFS Porche so much :(

Oh wow i remember that, used to play it so much on my old computer pretty much all day actually. That game would be fantastic to have on GoG.
the NFS games here would be perfect since EA is already on board

also: check out the LGR review - its very detailed and well done

The EA's license for using real names of cars and their designs in NFS Porsche is probably already expired, so I wouldn't expect that to come.

To be honest I'd really enjoy a NFS Classic remake with all tracks and cars from the first 4 games, plus a lot of extra cars, maybe a few extra tracks and everything.
No. You'll never see any of them here. That is unless GOG start selling the new Need for Speed games.

Not sure if I can see that happening DRM free and i definitely can't see it happening with DRM enabled!
Depending on how old these 'new' NFSs are allowed to be...

Since it's only one manufacturer it shouldn't be too hard to get the allowance.
I think EA still retains the exclusive Porsche rights. That's why games like GT5 or Forza can't have Porsches in them.

NFS:Porsche Unleashed was clearly the best of the whole series.
