I've seen recently, Coboy Bebop and Trigun and I love them. Is there anything similar thats as good that you guys can recommend? Say Bleach or Naruto and I WILL kill you.

Hmm. The protagonist in the first Ghost in the Shell movie is frequently naked... but she's literally like a mobile Barbie-doll. It's a synthetic body, and the nudity is so that cloaking devices built into her skin are free to work, like Predator chamoflage.
So there's nudity, but entirely *asexual* nudity, if that helps any. The lack of sexuality is entirely deliberate, and kind of alien in some ways - which again is the point.

I heard the new Studio Ghibli film, the one with the fish girl, was utterly cute and charming. Wish they would make a (Widely available) box set of their movies. There is a little bit of nudity. No full frontal (As far as I can remember) and when there is a little nudity it is not defined to the point you can make out details. Just kinda background stuff.

The original Ghost in the Shell was a Shirow Masamune work and yes, he loves his female nudity. The movie however, features no sex scenes (unlike the original graphic novel) so if that's the concern, you don't need to worry.
Personally, I don't watch many series -- like everything else, the price tags are enough to stop me (approx 70+ USD for 25 minutes?!) But if you're also looking for some movies and haven't seen them yet I would certainly recommend:

Summer Wars
Apple Seed (2004 version)
Apple Seed Ex Machina
Vexille 2077
I have no idea of any of those are available in the West, but if you can find them, they are worth watching.

I don't get the anime love. I tried to force myself to watch Bleach and that other anime that everyone I know seems to love, One Piece. My god, that stuff is just boring as hell.
Recommend me some actually interesting anime that isn't about people playing tennis or features swords or is called Naruto please.

Ghost in the shell, for instance? Cowboy Bebop, which everyone loves? See, I hate Bleach and Naruto as well

Huh? Where do you live to see those kinds of prices???
Box-sets for most series go for $40-$50 over here in the U.S., and some much cheaper. You can also get tons of free & legal streaming anime goodness from the likes of hulu, funimation.com, official anime distributor youtube channels, etc.

I'm guessing hulu and other legal streaming sites probably have you region-locked too, don't they.... Well, you can at least DVR what's on TV, right?

Contrary to what a lot of people think, there is relatively very little anime shown on TV. And not all available anime is shown nationwide. Further to that, depending on the channel, it can also be horrendously cut.
So, I just stick with movies. Less hassle, far more enjoyable =)

You buy them on DVD/Blu Ray of course.
As for what's shown on TV, standard fare stuff of course. Pokemon, Onepiece, etc., all shown early evening (and rightfully billed as children's anime). Then there's the standard NHK children's anime that have been running for years every weekday (such as Ojyaru maru).
The non-children's anime is shown late night. Perhaps from around 1:30 am. But you're lucky to find more than three or four shown a night. (In fact tonight in my region, there are 4 anime being shown. One of which is a repeat.)
Tomorrow, there are also 4. One of which is only 8 minutes in length (and is probably not what you would class anime -- anything consisting of claymation, traditional animation, CGI, etc., is simple classed as "anime" here including a lot foreign shorts).
And as they include a large number of different shows of all origins under the banner of "anime" without checking every single one, it's hard to determine which is really what you would class as anime and which is merely another form of animated short.
And naturally, you won't find OVAs shown on TV =)

Perhaps, if you have digital antenna/dish/cable or whatever. I don't. And I'd hate to think of the costs for subscribing to such a channel if one exists.
