I've seen recently, Coboy Bebop and Trigun and I love them. Is there anything similar thats as good that you guys can recommend? Say Bleach or Naruto and I WILL kill you.

I don't know about the both you mention, but Queen Millennia is quite good. Sadly, it was never aired again in Germany after the first airing in 1981/1982...
Oh yes, and Slayers also is nice, but that's more humorous.

Duffadash: Do not listen to those who suggest One Piece, is is VERY similar to Naruto, Bleach and Dragonball. But you probably knew that.

Similar in terms of genre, but 100 times better. And it's a fun adventure show. Just keep away from the 4kidz dub - go subs or Funimation dub and you'll be good.

I guess I'll +1 Outlaw Star here. It's not amazing, but it's certainly entertaining. Episode 24 or whichever it is caused me to lose a lot of respect for the show as a whole, though. Just skip over it unless you consider fan service episodes integral to your anime experience.
I'll second "Macross", "Macross Plus" and "Macross Zero", and "Ghost in the Shell: SAC", and I'll raise you:
Planetes (Good sci-fi)
"Full Metal Panic!" and "Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu" (Derivative, but fun all the same)

Everybody's suggesting Samurai Champloo and Black Lagoon, it seems, and everybody's right. (Especially Champloo; it's not quite on Bebop's level, but it's a great ride nonetheless.)
Other stuff that's less like Bebop and Trigun but still worth checking out:
Gurren Lagann: About as ludicrously awesome as giant robot anime can get. Every time you think, "Okay, they can't possibly go any farther over the top," the creators smack you in the face with still more ridiculous badassery. The final episode is possibly the last giant robot-related thing anyone needs to make--it's just that awesome.
Berserk: An adaptation of the good part of the manga. Nice dark fantasy.
Evangelion: The series has its ups and downs, but it's pretty essential just from an anime education standpoint. The first of the movie remakes, "You Are (Not) Alone," is out on DVD in the U.S., and it's actually a substantial improvement over the first chunk of the TV series, I think--more streamlined and a whole lot better looking.
FLCL: This. A thousand times this. The definitive coming-of-age sci-fi comedy. And it has an unbelievably kickass soundtrack.
Azumanga Daioh: About as girly a show as I can admit to having fallen in love with. A great cast of characters and a charming sense of humor.
Paranoia Agent: A great, weird, wickedly funny thriller.
The Castle of Cagliostro: Great adventure flick by Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away, Ponyo).
Millennium Actress: A wonderful, tearjerking drama.

Read these two pages, they are probably the closest you're going to get to a definite list of related animes:

Winner! Sorry guys but these lists have everything reccomended and more. Great find, thanks. Ill start with Black Lagoon.
Black Lagoon is BY FAR my FAVORITE anime I have ever seen. Watched it front to back in like two nights. Number two on the list is Gungrave, though some people gripe about it I think it had the darkest story I have ever seen. And third, Higurashi. Dark Story about killer little kids, all you need to know.

I just started watching Black Lagoon based on this thread and it's great. Also saw Gungrave a while back and that was also excellent, so with 2 for 3 and counting I'm definitely going to have to check out Higurashi as well once I finish with Black Lagoon. Always nice to be able to see recommendations from folks with similar tastes.

No problem! Glad to help. Also been getting into Anime Movies. Have you dabbled in any of them? Jin-Roh, Ghost in the Shell 1+2, Metropolis, Spriggan, A Wind Called Amnesia, Grave of the Fireflies. Just to name a few.
I've seen several Ghibli's recently. I want to see Ghost in The Shell but I heard theres allot of nudity, and I'm not up for that.
