The judicial system in Germany is pretty much corrupt these days. We had a former Bundestag member sentenced for the possession of child pornography a few years ago. He said he needed it for investigations, but the court said that the BKA (a law organisation that was trying to censor the internet at that time with wrong claims about child pornography (!)) would have been a trustworthy source for that kind of material indeed. They found him guilty of having personal reasons, although not sexual ones, to possess the material, as opposed to the reasons of him needing it for his work in the Bundestag.
He used the material to get access to the child pornography scene to bring criminals to court because the BKA did not act in that regard whatsoever.

Witchhunt indeed!


By the way, the German law enforcement a few years ago said there was no terroristic background about the murder series of turkish / greece immigrants. In 2011 it was found to have been a terroristic act by neo-nazis. That was found after two of them committed suicide. Or maybe not so much suicide. Many open questions about that. Oh, and they had USB sticks in their home that survived a fire where their weapons melt.


And here's an interesting fact of who worked for the BND, i.e. who worked for the secret service in the Federal Republic of Germany:

I do not know local happenings within the German courts, or players in the modern arena.

What I do know, and do believe, is that the German people have paid a restitution to this world in terms that far exceed those of Versailles.

War is always a bad thing, but the continual subjugation of a people for things, no matter how terrible, past their time frame serves the interests of no-one, and actually serves to foment bad will.

To require the German people, or government, to perpetually pay for things not of their making is not only unfair, it is demeaning.

Right,ok , cheers for the correction. It's odd that such evilness, as a whole, would forego that avenue. It was probably to do with the 'purity' of the Nazi race, that the innocents were below that level. Or something like that.

Just for clarification, I'm not going into every detail here.

The BND is not a police agency. . It is the foreign secret service of the FRG. Due to the experiences in Nazi Germany we have a strict dissociation between police forces and secret service.

Which actually contributed a lot to the fact that the mentioned murders weren't connected. I'm not saying that this isn't one of the most shamefull things that has ever happened to german law enforcement.

And a lot of Nazis in the BND? You had Nazis everywhere in post war Germany. We had chancellors and presidents who were Nazis. Well guess what, many Germans were Nazis in the 30s and they didn't just drop from the face of the earth in '45. Brown roots were everywhere, private sector, military, political groups, universities.

There are quite a few faults in the german judical systems that need to be addressed. But your tinfoilery only aids those who want to remain in the status quo.

Oops, confused BND and BKA. The thing in the criminal case outlined above was the BKA. I will correct it.
