Anyway apart from that I was making a reference to the "Darwin Awards" most of which go to people who have died at the hands of stupidity and in a broad satirical sense gone on to prove the theory of "survival of the fittest". Either way it's meant to be laughed at, not prescribed to, like the Onion. No one gets on their ass for their crass humor.

It is possible to get around this, but currently it is very hard - clone that person and modify him genetically to make him seizure-proof.

Back on topic. :D I logged off to go play one of my new weekend bundle games, had a look at the manual and BAM right there on page #2!

This warning in manual is present usually at the beginning or the end, but I haven't seen it directly in game - at least not yet. However, some newer games have general "health & safety" warnings at the beginning.

A lot of older console games use to have it on start up. Very subtly stuck somewhere where people wouldn't notice it.

is this real or another (in)famous urban legend?
we (i mean Europeans) can't be sure if its from USA....the land of everything is possible.
I remember a headline in our daily papers a few years ago that mentioned a man who sued the manufacturer of his
RV because there were no warnings in his manual that you can't set your speedometer and than go and make a coffee...something he did during driving.....later it was found that this was a urban legend.
