Do you know if GoG is going to get Myth anytime soon? that was a phenomenal game! if not does anyone know a good place where I could get it? I saw it on a website called the Iso-zone but it wanted me to download Ilivid which is apparently a virus....
Bungee = Microsoft
Here's some on Amazon. The Myth games in general are pretty cheap online. I need to get The Fallen Lords, but I bought Soulblighter and The Wolf Age pretty cheap. The Wolf Age I actually got a new, shrink-wrapped copy of for 53 cents. The shipping was three times as much!

Didn't I read that Bungie is no longer with Microsoft? Maybe I just dreamed it!

EDIT: I didn't dream it. They split with MS back in 2007. Don't know if that's "hopeful" for Myth, or maybe worse!

There was a thread about this earlier now that you've reminded me. Part of me feels like the rights went to someone like 2K?

Watch Bethesda own it.

I bought a copy of Myth II on Amazon.com which of course was an old used CD. It was fine though and arrived in nice shape. It only cost me four dollars including the shipping. I got this because I wanted to use the source files with this:

http://projectmagma.net/what/

You will find a demo there you can check out for OS X, Windows and Linux. You can also download the levels from the first Myth game to play them. This lets you enjoy Myth II on modern systems. For the full experience though you need to get a Myth II disc somewhere so you have the needed data files for this source port.

Take2, when Bungie got picked up by Microsoft, Bungie had to leave some of its properties behind with Take2. I believe it was Myth and Oni that ended up there.

This! And unless Take Two doesn't want to do anything with Myth and Oni....
I hope Take-Two has the sense to not just sit on this stellar series indefinitely. I have disc copies of Myth I and II but I would love to see them here as well.

People always say that us GOGers should email developers/publishers if we want to see titles here; does anyone know of any likely email addresses to send this request towards?

I must say that when I played Myth, I felt I had to juggle too much with the camera. It is one of those RTS games where I felt maybe moving to "3D graphics" is not necessarily the best idea. But maybe you get used to it with practice.

Then again, I have a bit of similar problem with Dungeon Keeper. I always found it so disorientating how the map heading would change if I e.g. visited the full screen map, or if I possessed a minion and then released it. Ummm, which way was I going, again?
