What ones did you get, the $5 brushable ones?

alexisgondor: Merry Christmas, Happy Hearth's Warming Eve or whatever else you're celebrating at this time of year!

This thread doesn't seem to have much life in it, not too sure how to fix that, but if you actually check this thread, have some Humble Bundle Steam codes!

Humble Bundle 3: EWZPL-W0CWB-RLTBX

Introversion Bundle: DZCTN-Z2TMZ-40CLG *redeemed by quotee :D*

Crayon Physics Deluxe, Aquaria and Dungeons of Dredmor: *Redeemed*
Random, I was expecting them to be all reedeemed instantly, but it took you a day for that Introversion Bundle to get redeemed. :P Never shown any interest in the bundle, but why not, random long-unredeemed game codes, taking long to redeem just because of the fact that you posted them on a brony thread, why not?!

WBGhiro: Hey thanks for the offer and happy Hearth's Warming Eve to you too, i'm going to skip it and leave it for someone else though.

So no episode for a couple of weeks, how are you all surviving?

Druidshinobi: Making playlists of my favourite pony remixes.

Theres a lot of them out there on youtube, it's great how supportive the community are towards this show.

Now all hasbro need to do is make more show accurate toys and make plushies of all the mane 6.
Toys for your kids, or for YOU? 0.o

Just checking.

What do you mean with that? i figure collecting Pony toys isn't any weirder than collecting X-Men or really any other show with action figures and the like.

I've got 3 blindbag ponies myself, they aren't bad at all, although they could be a lot better: http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/G4_Pony_Figurines

I can't stand the ones with brushable hair though.

And i agree Some Plushies would be great, even if i doubt they'll be as awesome as some of the custom made ones http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/10/plushie-compilation-10.html#more

I agree.

I actually mostly collect the pony figures to support the show, since it's the only real way of doing so. If they released HD DVDs of the episodes i would buy them in a heartbeat but they haven't.

The brushables are... eh some of them are Ok, the mane 6 aren't TOO bad but the others are just recolours and aren't even real ponys in the show (except cheerilee and the phillies). Not to mention they only have Cutie marks on 1 side instead of both. I still think they are cute though and do like them >_<.

The Blindbags are nice but again no cutie marks on both sides. Also they use the same model for all the support cast and Fluttershy and rainbow dash share the same model.

I've actually seen those Plushies on ebay go for £150+. That's crazy money. If only Hasbro knew how much money they were missing out on, i'm sure they would be rolling in money if they decided to make some plushies.

You mean these? :D
I only got them to support the show. And I also found a DVD at a local store which I think is made for Europe...

I haven't bought any toys, myself. Partly due to not having looked for them and partly because i'm under the impression they aren't show accurate much. I'd like some decent merchandise as well as to support the show too, Hasbro needs to release the show outside of the US on iTunes, especially after the (rightful) take down of Pony Archive

Also is my Humbe Bundle 3 code still unredeemed?

Well, Hasbro's usual market is little kids, who probably don't care much about that. So I can understand why the monolithic corporation isn't jumping to do our bidding on this.

That being said, the current best Fluttershy being an obvious recolor of Rainbow Dash is a serious dealbreaker for me.

Sorry for the late reply!
I got the tiny ones. It came with the original and the other special ponies.

I also just bought a Rarity and a Fluttershy, the brushable ones. And a GIANT PINKIE PIE, with brushable hair~

Not to be crass, but I could never buy toys made for little girls...especially since i'm a grown man and all. (Not trying to sound better than anyone this is just my two cents on the matter)

I get if you're a woman and you buy them, if you buy them and have kids, or if you truly buy them to support the show....but I wonder how many say they buy them to support the show and then go and play with them. 0.o

Why? they're figurines from a show you like. Sadly i'm past the age to actually play and make adventures up with plastic figurines so i just collect them but what would be wrong if someone actually played with them too?

As i said playing/collecting Pony toys is just as weird or "gay" as He-man and superhero toys

I said if you collect them just to support the show it doesn't seem wrong to me, and also if women collect them it seems fine as well.......but playing with them as a grown man seems "off" somehow to me. It'd be like if girls collected army men. :\

Again i'm not saying it's "wrong" just seems "odd" to me to play with em if you're a grown man.

I doubt any grown males actually play with them, but even if, to me it's just as odd as a grown male playing with a wolverine action figure.

Besides wouldn't an adult woman playing with kid toys be just as odd?
