Flippancy aside, countering depression with what I would describe as the "starving children in ethiopia" fallacy always annoys me. It doesn't matter how bad other people have it, if there is a basic need that isn't being met, its a very serious problem. Sure its on a different level of maslows heirarchy of needs but missing out on any of them is pretty damn serious
According to Maslow, red hair and the depression stemming from it isn't on the basic needs list, IIRC.
I could understand the OP if he was lacking food, a place to live, and potable water because of red hair. Bitching about some daft bints not wanting to go out with him because of red hair and calling for his own death because of a random genetic mutation or two is rather ridiculous and small-minded.
